How It All Started

For years, I struggled to find a true lab-grade electrolyte formula that wasn’t loaded with sugar, artificial junk, or watered-down ingredients. Whether I was traveling, training, or fasting, the options were always disappointing. Walking into a gas station, or grocery store looking for something heal my weekend warrior wounds. Only to find, sugar, dye, fillers, and more sugar. Ultimately leaving with just water and still feeling zapped, because water alone doesn't cut it. As a former D1 sprinter, set for the Olympic trials and a full-ride to UCLA, I’ve always been obsessed with performance, recovery, and data-driven results.
